Returns
Returns that meet the criteria listed below, are accepted within 14 days of the date that your order is delivered. We only offer refunds (we are not able to exchange any products).
* Made to Measure Harnesses are excluded from the 14 day return policy and are only returnable if faulty
* Custom Sized Products (eg: products that have been made smaller/larger/slimmer than standard size) are excluded from the 14 day return policy and are only returnable if faulty
- Return postage is the buyer's responsibility and the refund will be for the item only (outgoing postage is non refundable).
- Items must be free of any damage and returned in a clean, odour free and hair free condition - if the product is grubby/smelly, please give it a gentle hand wash and dry thoroughly before returning. Hair must be removed using a lint roller or similar, prior to returning. Returns that require de-hairing or washing, will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%
- We would recommend using a tracked service to return items. Please include the original paperwork, or a note with your name, address and order number inside the package.
- The hardware and webbing are covered by a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault, please send us an email with photos of the issue to info@2posh2pull.co.uk
N.B. The fabric and fleece are excluded from the 12 month guarantee. General wear and tear, or accidental damage is not covered.
