Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. 

* Made to Measure Harnesses are excluded from the 14 day return policy and are only returnable if faulty *

* Custom Sized Products (ie. Headcollars that have been made smaller or larger than standard size) are excluded from the 14 day return policy and are only returnable if faulty *

• Return postage is the buyer's responsibility and the refund will be for the item only (outgoing postage is non refundable).
• Items must be returned in a clean, undamaged, hair free condition - if it is grubby/smelly, please give it a gentle hand wash and dry thoroughly before returning. Returns that require washing, will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%
• We would recommend using a tracked service to return items. Please include a note with your name, address and order number inside the package.
• The hardware and webbing are covered by a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault, please contact us at info@2posh2pull.co.uk

N.B. The fabric and fleece are excluded from this guarantee. General wear and tear, or accidental damage is not covered.
