Handmade Luxury 2Posh2Pull™ with Peacock fabric design and your choice of fleece colour.
The 2Posh2Pull gently stops pulling, without riding up into the eyes, or twisting the head/spine to one side. It connects to the lead centrally behind the head, so there is no need to keep switching the lead from side to side, when the dog changes direction (like you have to with most other headcollars).
HANDY HINT - If your dog falls in between sizes, or they are right at the top/bottom of a size band - if they are fully grown the smaller size should be fine, or if they are still growing, the larger size would be better. Please feel free to leave us a message in the comments box at checkout to advise of their actual head measurement and whether you need growing room - we are happy to make any size slightly bigger/smaller for you, to ensure its the best fit for your dog. Please Note: Custom sized products are only returnable if faulty.
All our products are handmade to order using high quality polypropylene webbing, nylon bonded (rot proof) thread and strong welded metalware.
Including the fleece edging, the Small size band is roughly 16-18mm wide, the Medium is roughly 21-22mm wide and the Large and above are roughly 25-26mm wide. We can make a slimmer version of any size if needed (ie, if it is for a short nosed breed). Just pop a note in the comments box at checkout to request this.
Note: Wherever possible we use a matching colour for the cushioned webbing strap behind the head (that the lead connects to). If no matching colour is available, it will be made with black webbing - if you would like to request a particular colour, just pop a note in the comments box at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Delivery
All of our products are handmade to order in the UK, by a small skilled team, using only the highest quality materials and hardware. They are not mass produced in an overseas factory.
We aim to get all orders for headcollars, collars and leads, made and despatched within 3 working days . During extremely busy periods, this can be up to 5 working days, but this delay is rare and more often than not, it is 1-2 working days.
Our Body Harnesses are all hand made to measure, so they can take us a little longer to make. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to make and despatch them (although they are often made and sent within 3 working days).
UK Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 so they should be delivered in 2-3 working days from the date of despatch - if you have provided an email address on your order, you will receive tracking details as soon as they are despatched and Royal Mail will then email you with a delivery date and time window, when they are ready to deliver.
UK Postage is £3.99 + 70p for each additional item, for up to 3 items, then a flat rate of £5.39 for orders of 4+ items
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of despatch, to allow for any possible delays at Customs. Please be aware that the customer is liable for any import taxes charged by the receiving country.
International Postage charges are as follows:
Europe: £9.99 + £1 for each additional item, for up to 4 items, then a flat rate of £13.99 for orders of 5+ items.
Rest of World: £12.99 + £2 for each additional item for up to 4 items, then a flat rate of £20.99 for orders of 5+ items.
**If you order the matching collar and/or lead at the same time as ordering the 2Posh2Pull headcollar (using the drop down boxes underneath the headcollar), you won't pay the additional item postage charges **
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
* Made to Measure Harnesses are excluded from the 14 day return policy and are only returnable if faulty *
* Custom Sized Products (ie. Headcollars that have been made smaller or larger than standard size) are excluded from the 14 day return policy and are only returnable if faulty *
- Return postage is the buyer's responsibility and the refund will be for the item only (outgoing postage is non refundable).
- Items must be returned in a clean, undamaged condition.
- We would recommend using a tracked service to return items. Please include a note with your name, address and order number inside the package.
- The hardware and webbing are covered by a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault, please contact us at info@2posh2pull.co.uk
N.B. The fabric and fleece are excluded from this guarantee and general wear and tear or damage is not covered.
