This handmade luxury headcollar from 2Posh2Pull comes with a Ditsy Rose fabric design and your choice of fleece colour. It is handmade to order and uses high-quality polypropylene webbing, nylon bonded (rot-proof) thread, and carefully welded metalware. All these details ensure better performance and strength for the product.
Please Note: The small strap on the left of the photos is the Collar Connector Strap. This is optional, but highly recommended for security. You will need to tick yes or no, to adding this before you can proceed to checkout.
Our headcollars have a central pull-tight system. When you put the collar on your canine companion, this sits centrally behind their head. This section is designed so that when your dog pulls, the pressure gets evenly distributed, remains gentle and does not just clamp down on the muzzle, like many others do.
This feature also keeps the headcollar from riding up into their eyes, or twisting their head, or spine to one side. When your dog stops pulling, the pressure vanishes and does not cause any discomfort.
After purchasing, you will discover that our headcollars connect with the lead behind the head, unlike similar products. Due to this feature, your dog can switch sides without you needing to change the direction of the lead. This will ensure that the daily walks will be hassle-free and more enjoyable for you and your dog.
Helpful Tip: When selecting this product, if your dog falls between sizes or at the top or bottom of a particular size of the headcollar, selecting one may become a little confusing. We have a suggestion to help with such confusion.
If your dog falls in between size bands, or is right at the top or bottom of a size band, we can make any size slightly bigger or smaller.
We would recommend leaving us a note in the comments box at checkout, to advise of their actual head measurement and whether they need growing room, so that we can ensure it will fit your dog perfectly. These tips will ensure a better and snugger fit for the headcollar.
If you would like a headcollar made slightly bigger or smaller than standard size, just send us the actual measurement for your dog and mention whether you require growing room, we can then customize it accordingly for you. This will ensure the headcollar will fit your dog perfectly. Please Note: Custom sized products are only returnable if faulty.
The product comes in three different widths. The small-sized ones are about 17-18mm wide, the medium-sized ones are about 20-21mm wide, and the large and above sized ones are about 24-25mm wide.
We can use narrower webbing, if you need a slimmer version because your dog is a short-nosed breed. Please inform us of your specifications in the comment box at checkout. Customised products are only returnable if faulty.

How strong is this product?
We use the best quality materials, including strong welded metal ware and nylon bonded (rot proof) thread. Our products are very strong and can handle your canine companion safely, no matter what size they are.
NB. The central webbing on our Luxury Range products is lined with a layer of patterned cotton fabric, which looks fabulous, but does mean that they are not quite as hardwearing as the Original or Colour Range, as the patterned fabric can rip/fray if it is scratched or caught on something, etc. If they are looked after and washed regularly, they can look fabulous for years.

Delivery
All of our products are handmade to order in the UK, by a small skilled team, using only the highest quality materials and hardware. They are not mass produced in an overseas factory.
We aim to get all orders for headcollars, collars and leads, made and despatched within 3 working days. Often orders are made and posted within 1-2 working days.
Our Body Harnesses are all Made to Measure, so they can take us a little longer to make. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to make and despatch them (although they are often made and sent within 3 working days too).
For UK orders, you can choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) or Tracked 48 (2-3 working days).
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is despatched and Royal Mail will then send you delivery updates as the parcel is processed through their network.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of despatch, to allow for any possible delays at Customs. Please be aware that the customer is liable for any import taxes charged by the receiving country, with the exception of the US, Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg, where our postage fee covers the import costs.
International Postage charges are from £9.99. You will see the exact amount on the checkout page, before making payment.
Returns
Returns that meet the criteria listed below, are accepted within 14 days of the date that your order is delivered. We only offer refunds (we are not able to exchange any products).
* Made to Measure Harnesses are excluded from the 14 day return policy and are only returnable if faulty
* Custom Sized Products (eg: products that have been made smaller/larger/slimmer than standard size) are excluded from the 14 day return policy and are only returnable if faulty
- Return postage is the buyer's responsibility and the refund will be for the item only (outgoing postage is non refundable).
- Items must be free of any damage and returned in a clean, odour free and hair free condition - if the product is grubby/smelly, please give it a gentle hand wash and dry thoroughly before returning. Hair must be removed using a lint roller or similar, prior to returning. Returns that require de-hairing or washing, will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%
- Please use a tracked service to return items, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Please include the original paperwork, or a note with your name, address and order number inside the package.
- The hardware and webbing are covered by a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault, please send us an email with photos of the issue to info@2posh2pull.co.uk
N.B. The fabric and fleece are excluded from the 12 month guarantee. General wear and tear, or accidental damage is not covered.
